To get started all we need is a copy of your Company Logo and corporate guidelines - we do the rest! If you need some help in designing your business card we have an in-house design team who can offer you advice or alternatively you can select a layout from one of our most common designs (image only 88kb).
Business Card Blanks
To ensure consistency of colour and quality throughout all your business cards, we print your Company logo onto a year's supply of business cards, called 'blanks'. Overprint details are printed onto the blanks when you order a set of cards thus giving you maximum flexibility.
Excel Ordering Template
At the same time as you order we create you an Unique Ordering Template which enables you to proof your cards.
No minimum order
You are now ready to order your first set of business cards! One of the key benefits of our system is that you can order one set at a time as and when you want it and don't have to order several sets at a time to get a competitive price. All you need to do is fill in your customised Ordering Template and email it over to us.
No proofing
The template has a proof screen at the top which enables you to check the details on your business card before you email it through to us. Once we receive the template we mail-merge the details and overprint onto a set of blanks. No re-keying of details our end, no further proofing, no print errors!
One purchase order, one invoice
Most of our Customers use our Easy Order payment system. A single payment at the start of the contract saves valuable administrative time, reduces costs and guarantees the best price for your year's supply of business cards!
All you need to do is raise one purchase order to cover the entire stock of blanks and we send you just one invoice. You are then able to order your individual sets as and when required with no further purchase orders or charges!
3 Day Dispatch
We understand that most people need their business cards immediately and therefore pride ourselves on our 3 day dispatch. Pre-printing the 'blanks' and incorporating the proofing into the ordering process ensures we regularly dispatch completed sets in less than 3 days.
Monthly Stock Reports
We appreciate that it is difficult to accurately estimate how many sets of business cards you will order in a year so our Customer Care department will send you a regular stock report detailing sets ordered in the period and the balance remaining - this ensures that you have plenty of time to re-order and don't run out of stock.
